Paul is a Director and Financial Planner at Pathway, where he is driven by making a tangible difference in clients’ lives. With the level of care the team brings to every client relationship, Paul takes real satisfaction in knowing his work directly supports individuals and their families, helping them find clarity and peace of mind when facing complex financial decisions and uncertainty.

Outside the office, Paul is happily married to Jessica and a proud dog dad to Bingo and Max. A keen sportsman, he represented Ireland in snooker at both junior and senior international level, something that often surprises people when they first hear it. He is also a passionate golfer and loves following top level sport, and when the weekend rolls around you will usually find him enjoying a few pints of Guinness with great food and good company. He is a tea drinker through and through, and Florida is his happy place when it is time to travel.

Paul lives by the philosophy that “success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out”, a mindset that shapes both how he supports clients and how he approaches life.

Anthony is a Director at Pathway Financial Management, where he is driven by seeing genuine client appreciation for the service the team delivers, and increasingly by building a strong team around him to scale that same care and quality. By nature a problem solver, Anthony thrives on identifying challenges, working out how to resolve them, and helping clients put those solutions in place. Seeing the before and after transformation is what gives his work real purpose.

Outside the office, Anthony lives in Dunshaughlin, County Meath, with his partner Kerrie and their daughter Rosie, along with Kerrie’s two daughters. He is also a proud father to two sons, and originally from Ballinteer, Dublin. A keen golfer, he trains regularly at the gym and loves all sports, something rooted in his years as a soccer referee, when he officiated Ireland schoolboy underage internationals, which often surprises people when they first hear it. He is also passionate about personal development, learning and reading. When the weekend comes around, you will find him up early for a gym session or a round of golf, spending time with the kids, and finishing the day with a nice coffee and maybe a cold pint. Portugal is his happy place, especially for the golf courses.

Anthony lives by the philosophy “always be the hardest worker in the room”, a mindset that shapes everything he does, both for clients and in building Pathway.

Aine joined Pathway in 2026, bringing over seven years of experience in financial support roles and a genuine passion for financial planning that extends into her own life. Outside of work, she is happiest at the gym, spending time with friends and family, or cooking up something special. She is known among her circle as a bit of a chef and loves hosting dinner parties and brunches.

Her ideal weekend starts with good coffee and a workout before making time for friends, whether that is trying something new or simply enjoying good company, and she tries to fit in at least one ski trip and one sun holiday a year.

At Pathway, Aine values the team’s collaborative culture and genuine drive to do right by clients, and finds real reward in helping people navigate their financial journey with clarity and confidence, believing that good planning can be life changing in helping clients build the life they want. Colleagues would describe her as energetic, supportive and organised.

With more than 20 years of experience in financial services, Philippa keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes, making sure every client receives a silver service experience. She believes the customer should be at the heart of everything Pathway does, and holds herself to the standard of giving clients the kind of care and attention she would want her own friends and family to receive. She loves being part of Pathway’s close knit team, where everyone shares the same focus on delivering the best possible customer experience.

Outside of work, Philippa’s time is spent with her husband, her three boys, and the family dog, Jodie. Whether she is playing golf, walking Jodie, cheering her kids on at rugby and football matches, cooking, or planning the next trip away, family and good company are always at the centre of it.

Originally from Skerries, Jordan recently relocated to East Wall. She does not have a pet of her own yet, though she happily shares guard duty with Bowie, her housemate’s Westie cross Jack Russell. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys cooking, staying active at the gym, walking Bowie, and hosting dinner parties for friends every couple of months. She recently travelled to Thailand and has plenty more destinations on her list.

At Pathway, Jordan values the collaborative, supportive culture and takes pride in helping clients navigate their finances with clarity and confidence. She believes reliability and clear communication are essential to a great client experience, making sure clients feel informed and supported at every stage of the process.
